How does Hero's quote a junk removal job?
We come out, look at what you have, and give you a firm number before anything is loaded. Nothing moves until you approve it. The quote is the bill and disposal is included. Full walkthrough in our guide to how junk removal works.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Usually yes. Call before noon and a truck can typically be there the same afternoon, 7 days a week across Dallas-Fort Worth.
What do you take?
Almost everything non-hazardous that two people can lift: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, hot tubs, sheds, yard debris, and brush. If in doubt, send a photo.
What can you not take?
Household hazardous waste: paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane, chemicals, and asbestos. Most DFW cities take these free at hazardous waste centers, and we will point you to your city's program.
Do you donate or recycle what you haul?
Yes. Usable items go to local donation partners (receipts on request), metal and cardboard to recyclers. The landfill is the last resort, not the plan.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not necessarily. For curbside or garage pickups, many customers approve the quote by phone and get before-and-after photos when the job is done.
