Prosper's furniture calls trace straight back to how fast the town has grown. A move into a new build in Windsong Ranch or Star Trail often means furniture from the old house that does not fit the new rooms, and we carry it out the same way whether the piece is on its way to donation or to the curb.
What a furniture removal pickup actually involves
A lot of what we haul out of Prosper furniture calls is still in good shape, just the wrong scale or style for a bigger new-build floor plan. A sectional bought for a smaller apartment does not always suit a two-story great room, and a family upgrading a starter dining set ahead of a move rarely waits for it to wear out first. Case pieces from a builder-grade starter set come apart easily since they were made for quick assembly, while anything solid wood gets the same careful check of the doorway and stairwell before the crew starts lifting. Sectionals and sleeper sofas separate at the connector brackets or frame joints either way, so a piece clears a standard door in sections instead of getting forced through.
What makes Prosper different
Prosper's newer neighborhoods, including Windsong Ranch, Star Trail, and Whitley Place, have wide streets and standard driveway gates, so getting furniture out to the trailer is rarely the hard part. What is worth flagging is that some streets in the newest sections are still being finished, which can affect the route in on a given day, and a lot of these neighborhoods carry HOA rules on curbside timing, so we plan to load and leave the same visit. If a piece is still good enough to skip the landfill entirely, the Town's own trash and recycling program is worth checking before it comes to us. Anything with paint, solvents, or old chemicals in the same load falls under Prosper's separate household hazardous waste program, not this pickup.
How you get your number
Send photos or we come look. You get a firm number before anything is lifted, and the number holds once the work starts. No weight tickets, no hourly clock. When you are ready, tell us what you have.
Our own people do the carrying, not gig labor hired off an app that morning. Nash owns the company and works every job himself, which is why we are comfortable sending a crew inside a house rather than only working a driveway. Usable pieces go to local donation partners like Habitat ReStore, and where your junk actually goes walks through the rest.
