- Dense material: concrete, brick, tile, dirt, and shingles have to be handled differently from ordinary household junk. We look at those before booking, which is the same rule every hauler works under.
- Household hazardous waste: paint, stain, solvents, and asbestos never go on the trailer. No licensed hauler can take them. How a job-site pickup runs
- You send photos or we come look, and you get a number before anything is lifted. Disposal is inside that number, so the quote is the bill.
- The crew loads from wherever the debris sits, including a second-floor bathroom or a back bedroom.
- The space gets swept before we leave, ready for the next trade to start.
- Metal and cardboard go to recyclers. Usable fixtures and cabinets go to local donation partners such as the Dallas Area Habitat ReStore when they are in shape for it.
Mid-project or at the end
Contractors and homeowners use us both ways. Some have us clear one phase of demo so the next trade is not working around a pile, then call again at the end for the final sweep. Others wait until the job is done and clear everything in one visit.
