How pricing works (no surprises)
- Single items: a couch, mattress, or recliner is a simple flat price, quoted over the phone.
- Multiple pieces: the crew looks at everything going out and gives you one firm number. You approve it before we lift anything.
- Stairs, disassembly, tight corners: included. If a sleeper sofa has to come apart to leave the bedroom, that is our problem, not an add-on.

What is included in every pickup
- Two-person crew that does all the lifting and carrying

- Donation runs for usable pieces, often to the Dallas Area Habitat ReStore or another local partner, with receipts available on request
Not everything has to go on a trailer. If a piece is clean and intact, our DFW donation guide shows who takes what, and Habitat keeps a national ReStore directory for finding the closest drop-off. If it can wait for the curb, Dallas collects brush and bulky items on a monthly schedule.
Replacing furniture? Schedule us for delivery day. We haul the old set out in the morning so the new one has a clear landing spot by afternoon. Mention the timing when you book a pickup.
