How each one goes

Drain it the day before and have an electrician kill and cap the circuit. The crew walks it out on dollies if the gate allows, or cuts it into sections right in place, which sounds dramatic and takes about an hour. Usually a morning of work. Pool and spa chemicals left in the shed do not ride along, they go to a household chemical collection program, free for residents.
Sheds
Contents cleared, panels unbolted or cut, frame dropped and hauled. Metal or wood both work, and a typical backyard shed is usually a morning of work.
Playsets and trampolines
Unbolted, cut where rusted, metal separated for recycling through the yards listed in the TCEQ recycling directory. Good-condition wood sets can sometimes be rehomed with lead time. The lightest of the three jobs.

Do I need to drain the hot tub first?
Yes, ideally the day before. We can pump the last few inches, but a full tub cannot be moved or cut safely.
Who disconnects the power?
An electrician kills and caps the circuit first. We take it from there. Electrical work stays with electricians.
Do you remove shed contents too?
Yes, quoted as part of the same job, or clear it yourself first if you would rather.
Can the concrete pad go too?
Pad demo is quoted separately because concrete has to be handled as heavy material. Ask during the walkthrough.
