Frisco move-out, remodel, or backyard pileup?  (214) 277-9069

Junk removal in Frisco, TX

Move-out loads, remodel leftovers, garages, and backyards. Our own crew, seven days a week, with a firm number before anything is lifted.

The short answer

Frisco is a quick run for us

Frisco sits comfortably inside the area we cover, so a Frisco address is one of the faster ones for us to reach. Call before noon and the same afternoon is typical, and typical is the honest word rather than guaranteed, since access and job size are real variables. We take furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, hot tubs, sheds, yard debris, remodel leftovers, whole garages, and whole houses. You point, we carry, we sweep.

What a Frisco house actually produces

Frisco is the opposite of an old city, and the work reflects that. It went from a small town to one of the fastest-growing cities in the country in about two decades, so most of the housing is newer and a lot of it has only had one or two owners. That changes what we get called for. Instead of a garage nobody has emptied since 1985, the Frisco calls are usually about motion: a family moving in or out, a remodel wrapping up, or a first round of downsizing.

The three jobs Frisco generates more than anywhere else we work:

  • Move-outs and move-ins. A city this transient produces constant turnover. Movers leave the awkward things behind, the old set does not fit the new house, and the garage becomes a staging area. That overlaps with furniture removal and, when it is a whole house, estate and whole-home cleanouts.
  • Remodel debris. Newer houses still get updated kitchens, replaced flooring, and finished-out game rooms. The old cabinets and torn-out flooring are covered under construction debris.
  • Backyard teardowns. Ten-year-old hot tubs, playsets the kids outgrew, and sheds that came with the build. Hot tub removal covers how those actually come out.

Master-planned neighborhoods and how we reach the load

Most of Frisco is master-planned, which usually works in your favor: wide streets, real driveways, and standard-width gates make placing a trailer straightforward across neighborhoods like Phillips Creek Ranch, Newman Village, Starwood, and Richwoods. The Del Webb side at Frisco Lakes is a 55-and-over community, and a large share of what we haul from there is downsizing done deliberately rather than in a hurry.

The one detail worth mentioning up front is the HOA. Some Frisco neighborhoods have rules about how long anything can sit at the curb, so we work to load and leave rather than stage a pile that draws a notice. Tell us if there is a gate code or a tight cul-de-sac and we will plan the approach.

Use the city first when the city will do it free

Frisco runs solid programs and if your load fits inside them, use them. We would rather tell you the truth and lose the small job than take money you did not have to spend.

  • Frisco Environmental Services handles residential trash, recycling, and bulk collection on a schedule, each with its own limits and accepted list. Read the list before you stack anything at the curb, because a pile the city declines just sits there.
  • Paint, stain, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, pool chemicals, pesticides, and propane tanks never ride on our trailer, and no licensed hauler can take them. Those go to a household chemical program, and the city page above points to where Frisco residents drop them.

Where the city stops working is volume and timing. Bulk pickup runs on a schedule and has limits, so a whole garage, a full house, or anything with a closing date attached is where we come in. Frisco is a member city of the North Texas Municipal Water District, which runs the regional solid waste system the city's material flows into, and the statewide rules behind all of it sit with the TCEQ.

Offices and small commercial near the tollway

Frisco has added a lot of office and retail space along the Dallas North Tollway corridor, and a suite that is closing or downsizing is a cleanout like any other, with a lease date instead of a Saturday. Desks, chairs, cubicle frames, break room appliances, and old electronics all come out the same way a house does. Two things have to be handled before we arrive: paper with personal information on it, and anything holding data. The details are in office and small commercial cleanouts.

How you get your number

Send photos or we come look. You get a firm number before anything is lifted, disposal is inside that number, and the number holds once the work starts. No weight tickets, no hourly clock. The quote is the bill. When you are ready, tell us what you have.

Our own people do the carrying, not gig labor hired off an app that morning. Todd started this company himself and his son Nash runs it with him, which is why we are comfortable sending a crew inside a house rather than only working a driveway.

Usable furniture and working appliances go to local donation partners. Metal and cardboard go to recyclers. More than half of a typical load stays out of the landfill, and where your junk actually goes walks through what happens to it after the trailer pulls away.

Just one item? Two of the most common single-item calls in Frisco get their own quick page: couch removal in Frisco and mattress removal in Frisco.

Selling a Frisco house? Clear it before the listing photos rather than before the first showing. The pictures go up first and they stay up. What to clear before the listing photos covers the room-by-room version, and furniture removal is usually the piece that matters most.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover all of Frisco?

Yes. From the older sections near Frisco Square out to Phillips Creek Ranch, Newman Village, Richwoods, and the Del Webb side at Frisco Lakes, across both the Collin and Denton County halves of the city. Pickups run seven days a week.

Can you handle a move-out load in a Frisco rental or new build?

Yes. Move-outs are one of the most common Frisco jobs we get: whatever the movers left behind, the garage overflow, and the boxes that never got unpacked. Tell us the move date and we plan around it.

Do you take remodel debris from a Frisco house?

Yes. Old cabinets, torn-out flooring, countertops, and trim are handled under construction debris. Clean fill like concrete and dirt is the one thing we usually cannot take, so mention it up front.

What about the free city collection?

Use it when it fits. Frisco runs residential trash, recycling, and bulk collection through Environmental Services, and we will point you at the right page for what you have.

How fast can you reach a Frisco address?

Frisco is well inside our area, so calling before noon usually means the same afternoon. Typical rather than guaranteed, because access and job size are real.

Do you do same-day work in Frisco?

Often, yes. Same-day junk removal explains what typical actually means and when it does not apply.
