Some streets near the water are tighter than the newer additions further from it. Tell us the layout when you write, especially a shared drive, a narrow street or a gate, and the crew plans the approach before backing the trailer in. If a piece has to come down stairs or through a narrow door, mention that too; sectionals, sleeper sofas and bed frames come apart and go out in pieces.
Most cities in the area run some form of bulk or brush collection for residents on a schedule, and The Colony is no exception. If your load fits inside the city's program, use it. We would rather tell you the free option exists than take money you did not have to spend. Read the city's accepted list before you stack anything out front, because a pile the city declines just sits there.
Where the city stops working is volume and timing. Bulk pickup runs on a schedule and has limits, so a whole garage, a full estate, or anything with a closing date attached is where we come in. Paint, stain, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, pool chemicals, pesticides and propane tanks never go on our trailer; those go to a household chemical collection program.
