Yard waste is rarely one clean category. After a storm, a pile usually mixes limbs, smaller branches, leaves and a few broken fence pickets or deck boards, and we take it as one load rather than asking you to sort it. Outside storm season it is overgrown foundation shrubs coming out, a hedge cut back hard, landscaping timbers and edging from a bed being replaced, or a stack of brush that built up behind the shed. None of it needs to be bagged or bundled first; the crew carries or wheelbarrows loose material straight to the trailer from the backyard, side yard or curb.
Some streets near the water are tighter than the newer additions further from it, so the crew checks the route in before loading rather than assuming a standard driveway. Tell us about a gate, a shared drive or a narrow side yard when you write. If your pile fits the city's own brush collection and you can wait for the date, that is the free option and we will say so. Where we come in is volume and timing: a storm pile you want gone this week, or a yard cleared before a sale.
